Before beginning anything I wanted to research what people lacked in most traveling apps and what is the biggest thing needed. To do this I created a survey to give direct feedback and answers.
SURVEY
This survey was created using Survey Monkey and was sent to 26 people varying ages and genders to get true results.
WHO WAS SURVEYED

THE RESULTS
After surveying a total of 26 participants; majority women, I found out that overall, more women traveled for pleasure, were a little more stressed during traveling, planned everything or attempted to, and they frequently used their calendar and reminders on their phone. The apple wallet was used mostly for plane tickets and event tickets amoung people surveyed.

I decided to get rid of the explore events/places button. Instead I decided to add a search bar at the top that allowed more control for the user in searching places and events and it helped with the visual hierarchy.

Added a simple home button to most screens to make it easy to get back to the homepage. Not enough content to create a hamburger menu, but having a back button could go on for awhile. To avoid that situationI added the home button.
